Pak community of France Expressed Solidarity with Kashmiris

Paris 30^th August, 2019. Along with the entire Pakistani nation, notables of the Pakistani and Kashmiri communities and the members of the Embassy of Pakistan to France observed the “Kashmir Hour” to express their solidarity with the people of Indian Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IOK).

Speaking on the occasion, the Ambassador of Pakistan to France Mr. Moin ul Haque reiterated the resolve of the government and the people of Pakistan to stand shoulder to shoulder with the people of Kashmir and to continue Pakistan’s political, diplomatic and moral support for their cause. He reminded them of Prime Minister, Imran Khan’s pledge that he would now act as their Ambassador and fight their cause in all international forums.

He called upon the international community especially permanent members of the United National Security Council to take notice of the blatant human rights violations in IOK, which is the heaviest militarized zone in the world, and play their role in resolution of the long outstanding Kashmir dispute in accordance with the UNSC resolution and aspirations of the Kashmiris people.

فرانس میں مقیم پاکستانی کمیونٹی کا کشمیریوں کے ساتھ اظہار یکجہتی

پیرس 30 اگست:2019 پوری پاکستانی قوم کے ساتھ ساتھ فرانس میں مقیم پاکستانی و کشمیری برادری اور سفارت خانہ پاکستان برائے فرانس کے تمام اراکین نے ’کشمیر آور‘ کے موقع پر مقبوضہ جموں و کشمیر کے عوام کے ساتھ اظہار یکجہتی کیا۔

اس موقع پرگفتگو کرتے ہوئے سفیر پاکستان جناب معین الحق نے کہا کہ مشکل کی اس گھڑی میں حکومت اور پاکستانی عوام اپنے کشمیری بہن بھائیوں کے ساتھ کاندھے سے کاندھا ملا کر کھڑے ہیں اور پاکستان اس مقصد کیلئے اپنی سیاسی، سفارتی اور اخلاقی مدد جاری رکھے گا۔ انہوں نے فرانس میں مقیم پاکستانیوں کو بتایا کہ وزیراعظم پاکستان، عمران خان نے عہد کیا ہے کہ وہ کشمیر کے سفیر کی حیثیت سے اپنا کردار ادا کریں گے اور تمام بین الاقوامی فورمز پر اس مقصد کے لئے اپنی آواز بلند کریں گے۔

سفیر پاکستان نے بین الاقوامی برادری بالخصوص اقوام متحدہ کی سلامتی کونسل کے مستقل اراکین سے مطالبہ کیا کہ وہ جموں و کشمیرمیں بھارت کی جانب سے کی جانے والی انسانی حقوق کی خلاف ورزیوں کا نوٹس لیں جو کہ اس وقت دنیا میں سب سے زیادہ فوج زدہ علاقہ بنا ہوا ہے اور کشمیر کے اس دیرینہ تنازعہ کو اقوام متحدہ کی سلامتی کونسل کی قراردادوں اور کشمیری عوام کی امنگوں کے مطابق حل کروانے میں اپنا بھرپورکردار ادا کریں۔

Ch. Fawad woo French professionals of Pakistan origin to help in upgrading S&T infrastructure in Pakistan

Paris 16^th August 2019. Chaudhry Fawad Hussain, Federal Minister for Science and Technology met with the French professionals of Pakistani origin working in the fields of banking, finance, information technology, energy, law and construction in France at the Embassy of Pakistan in Paris today. The Ambassador of Pakistan to France Mr. Moin ul Haque was also present.

The Ambassador while welcoming the Minister briefed him about the Forum of French professional of Pakistani origin which was created by the Embassy last year as a platform for regular exchanges, sharing of ideas and launching of new initiatives for strengthening Pak-French relations and promoting Pakistan in France.

The Federal Minister in his opening remarks said that the government of Pakistan is working to improve, and upgrade science and technology platforms in the country to introduce automation and artificial intelligence in the industrial, business and governmental processes with the objective to bring about qualitative improvement in the lives of the common citizens. He briefed them about various projects of his Ministry including setting up of STEM schools in every district of Pakistan and establishing a bio-technology park.

Chaudhary Fawad Hussain said that by virtue of their presence in important French companies, the Pakistani professionals could act as a useful bridge to channelize French technology, knowledge and best practices for upgrading the key sectors of Pakistan.

Federal Minister while acknowledging the contributions of expatriate Pakistanis in the development and progress of the country said that French Professional of Pakistani origin are excellent Ambassador of Pakistan and encouraged them to further promote Pakistan within their respective organizations as a regional hub for development of Science and Technology.

While expressing their views, the Pakistani professionals extended their full support to the initiatives of the government for socio-economic uplift of the country.

پیرس 16 اگست:2019 چوہدری فواد حسین، وفاقی وزیر برائے سائنس و ٹیکنالوجی نے آج سفارت خانہ پاکستان پیرس میں پاکستانی نژاد فرانسیسی پروفیشنلز جو کہ فرانس میں بینکنگ، سرمایہ کاری، انفامیشن ٹیکنالوجی، توانائی، قانون اور تعمیرات کے شعبوں سے وابستہ ہیں سے ملاقات کی۔ اس موقع پر جناب معین الحق سفیر پاکستان برائے فرانس بھی موجود تھے۔

سفیر پاکستان نے وفاقی وزیر کو سفارت خانہ میں خوش آمدید کہا اوربتایا کہ پاکستانی نژاد فرانسیسی پروفیشنلز فورم کا قیام گزشتہ سال سفارت خانہ پاکستان برائے فرانس میں کیا گیا تھا جس کا مقصد فرانس میں مقیم پاکستانی پروفیشنلز کے درمیان روابط کو فروغ دینا، نظریات پر بحث و مباحثہ کرنا، فرانس اور پاکستان کے درمیان نئے اور منفرد میدانوں میں دوطرفہ تعاون کو فروغ دینا شامل ہے۔

اس موقع پر خطاب کرتے ہوئے وفاقی وزیر نے کہا کہ حکومت پاکستان ملک میں سائنس و ٹیکنالوجی کے تمام شعبوں میں بہتری لانے اور اس کا معیار بلند کرنے کیلئے متعدد اقدامات اٹھا رہی ہے۔  انہوں نے کہا کہ حکومت آٹومیشن اور مصنوعی ذہانت کے استعمال سے صنعتی، کاروباری اور حکومتی امور کو فعال بنانے اور انکا معیار بلند کرنے کے لیے کوشاں ہے تاکہ ملک کے عوام کا معیار زندگی بلند کیا جاسکے۔ انہوں نے وزارت برائے سائنس و ٹیکنالوجی کی کارکردگی پر روشنی ڈالتے ہوئے کہا کہ ان کی وزارت ملک بھر میں سٹیمپ سکولوں کے قیام کو عمل میں لانے کے علاوہ ملک میں بائیو ٹیکنالوجی پارکس کا قیام بھی عمل میں لا رہی ہے۔

وفاقی وزیر نے کہا کہ پاکستانی ماہرین فرانس کی اعلی ترین کمپنیوں اور تحقیقی اداروں میں موجود ہونے کی وجہ سے پاکستان اور فرانس کے درمیان سائنس و ٹیکنالوجی کے میدان میں موجودہ تعاون کو مزید بہتر بنانے کیلئے ایک پل کا کردار ادا کرسکتے ہیں تاکہ فرانسیسی علم و مہارت اور تحقیق سے پاکستان کے بنیادی اداروں کی کارکردگی اور معیار میں نمایاں تبدیلی لائی جاسکے۔

وفاقی وزیر نے تارکین وطن کا پاکستان کی ترقی اور خوشحالی میں اہم کردار ادا کرنے پر شکریہ ادا کیا۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ پاکستانی ماہرین فرانس میں پاکستانی سفیر کی حیثیت رکھتے ہیں۔ انہوں نے پاکستانی ماہرین پر زور دیا کہ وہ فرانس میں پاکستان کا تصور بہتر بنانے اور سائنس اور ٹیکنالوجی کے میدان میں نمایاں بہتری لانے کیلئے اپنا کردار ادا کرتے رہیں تاکہ پاکستان کو سائنس و ٹیکنالوجی کا علاقائی مرکز بنایا جاسکے۔

اس موقع پر پاکستانی تجربہ کار ماہرین نے اپنے خیالات کا اظہار کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ وہ ملک کی سماجی و معاشی ترقی کیلئے حکومت کی جانب سے اٹھائے گئے اقدامات کیلئے اپنی سماجی و معاشی اور پیشہ ورانہ حمایت جاری رکھیں گے۔

Pak community of France Observe Independence Day in solidarity with Kashmiris of Indian Occupied Kashmir 

Paris 14^th August, 2019. A simple and dignified Flag Hoisting Ceremony was held at the Embassy of Pakistan to France in Paris today to observe Independence Day in solidarity with the brave Kashmiris and their just struggle for their right of self-determination.

Members of the Pakistani community, officers and officials of the Embassy, their families and media persons attended the solemn ceremony.

Special messages of the President and the Prime Minister of Islamic Republic of Pakistan were read expressing solidarity with the Kashmiris.

The Ambassador Moin ul Haque in his address said that the unilateral and illegal act of India to bring changes to the status of the State of Jammu and Kashmir was in contravention of international law, UN Security Council resolutions, bilateral agreements and pledges made by Indian leaders to the Kashmiri people.

He called upon the international community especially the permanent member of the Security Council to take notice of the human right violations in IOK and play their role for the resolution of this long outstanding issue in accordance with UNSC relevant resolutions.

He further reiterated that Pakistan and its people would always stand shoulder to shoulder with the Kashmiris and Pakistan will continue to extend its Politics, moral and diplomatic support for this just cause.

Later, three bright Pakistani students were awarded Jinnah Scholarships for outstanding academic achievements. The Jinnah Award was instituted last year by the Embassy of Pakistan to France to acknowledge academic achievements of Pakistani students in France.

فرانس میں مقیم پاکستانی کمیونٹی نے یوم آزادی پاکستان مقبوضہ جموں وکشمیر کے ساتھ یکجہتی اظہار کے ساتھ منایا

پیرس 14 اگست:2019 سفارت خانہ پاکستان برائے فرانس میں یوم پاکستان کی مناسبت سے ایک سادہ و پروقار پرچم کشائی کی رسم ہوئی جس میں بہادر کشمیری عوام اور ان کے حق خودارادیت کے حصول کے لیے کی جانے والی کوششوں کا ساتھ دینے کا اعادہ کیا گیا۔

فرانس، پیرس میں آج ہونے والی اس تقریب میں فرانس میں مقیم پاکستانی کمیونٹی، سفارت خانہ کے افسران، عملہ اور ان کے اہلخانہ اور صحافیوں کی بڑی تعداد نے شرکت کی۔

یوم پاکستان کے موقع پر مقبوضہ جموں و کشمیر کے عوام کے ساتھ یکجہتی کے سلسلے میں صدر پاکستان اور وزیراعظم پاکستان کے پیغامات پڑھ کر سنائے گئے۔

اس موقع پر خطاب کرتے ہوئے سفیر پاکستان جناب معین الحق نے کہا کہ بھارت کا مقبوضہ جموں و کشمیر کی آزادانہ حیثیت کو یکطرفہ طور پر ایک غیر قانونی اور غیر آئینی اقدم کے ذریعے ختم کرنے کا عمل بین الاقوامی مروجہ قوانین، اقوام متحدہ کی سلامتی کونسل کی متعدد قراردادوں اور بھارتی قیادت کی طرف سے کشمیریوں کے ساتھ کیئے گئے وعدوں کے خلاف ہے۔

سفیر پاکستان نے بین الاقوامی برادری اور خاص طور پر اقوام متحدہ کی سلامتی کونسل کے مستقل ممبران پر زور دیا کہ وہ مقبوضہ کشمیر میں بھارت کی طرف سے ڈھائے جانے والے ظلم و ستم اور انسانی حقوق کی پامالی کا نوٹس لیں اور کشمیر کے اس دیرینہ مسئلہ کو اقوام متحدہ کی سلامتی کونسل کی متعدد قراردادوں کی روشنی میں حل کرنے میں اپنا کردار ادا کریں۔

انہوں نے اس بات کی اعادہ کیا کہ پاکستان اور اس کی عوام مقبوضہ کشمیر کے مظلوم عوام کے ساتھ کندھا سے کندھا ملا کر کھڑی ہے اور پاکستان مقبوضہ کشمیرکے مظلوم عوام کے ساتھ سفارتی، سیاسی اور اخلاقی مدد جاری رکھے گا۔

بعد ازاں! فرانس میں مقیم پاکستانی کمیونٹی کے تین ہونہار طالبعلموں میں تعلیمی میدان میں شاندار کارکردگی پر جناج ایوارڈ تقسیم کیئے گئے۔ جناح ایوارڈ کا قیام سفارت خانہ پاکستان برائے فرانس نے گذشتہ سال کیا تھاتاکہ تعلیمی میدان میں اعلی کارکردگی کا مظاہرہ کرنے والے طالبعلموں کی حوصلہ افزائی کی جائے۔

Pak community of France pledged its support for the Kashmiris during Eid ul Adha Prayers

Paris 11^th August, 2019. Pakistani community of France offered special prayers for the safety and welfare of Kashmiris and pledged their support to their demand for self-determination in the Indian Occupied Kashmir (IOK) during Eid ul Adha prayers.

Special arrangements were made at the Embassy of Pakistan to France where community members, officers and staff of the Embassy alongwith their families offered Eid Prayers in large number.

Ambassador of Pakistan to France Mr. Moin ul Haque in his message to the Pakistani Community said that the Indian Government’s unconstitutional, illegitimate and unilateral act to alter the status of Jammu & Kashmir, which is an international disputed territory, is a blatant violation of international law, UN Security Council resolution, bilateral agreements and the promises made to the Kashmiri people by the Indian leaders themselves.

The Ambassador called upon the Pakistani diaspora in France and rest of the world to stand shoulder to shoulder with their Kashmiri brothers and sisters in these difficult times. He declared that Pakistan would continue to extend diplomatic, political and moral support to the Kashmiris in their just cause.

He called upon the international community and especially the government of France to play its role as permanent member of the Security Council for the final settlement of the Kashmir dispute as per UNSC resolutions.

فرانس میں مقیم پاکستانی کمیونٹی نے عیدالاضحی کے موقع پر کشمیریوں کی حمایت کا اعادہ کیا

پیرس 11 اگست:2019 فرانس میں مقیم پاکستانی کمیونٹی نے عیدالاضحی کے موقع پر مقبوضہ کشمیر کے مظلوم اور نہتے کشمیریوں جن کو بھارت کے ظلم و ستم کا سامنا ہے کے تحفظ اور سلامتی کیلئے خصوصی دعائیں مانگیں اور اس بات کا اعادہ کیا کہ وہ مظلوم کشمیریوں کے حق خود ارادیت کے حصول تک ان کی ہرممکن حمایت جاری رکھیں گے۔

سفارت خانہ پاکستان برائے فرانس میں عید الاضحی کی نماز کی ادائیگی کیلئے خصوصی انتظامات کیئے گئے تھے جہاں پاکستانی کمیونٹی کے اراکین، سفارت خانہ کے افسران اور عملے نے بڑی تعداد میں اپنے اہلخانہ کے ہمراہ عید کی نماز ادا کی۔

جناب معین الحق سفیر پاکستان نے کہا کہ بھارت کا مقبوضہ جموں و کشمیر کی بین الاقوامی طور پر تسلیم شدہ خود مختار ریاستی حیثیت کو تبدیل کرنا ایک غیر قانونی، غیر آئینی اور غیر اخلاقی قدم ہونے کے علاوہ بین الاقوامی قوانین، اور اقوام متحدہ کے سلامتی کونسل کی منظور کردہ متعدد قراردادوں، پاکستان اور بھارت کے درمیان ہونے والے دوطرفہ سمجھوتوں اور بھارتی قیادت کے کشمیریوں کے ساتھ کیئے جانے والے وعدوں کے بھی منافی عمل ہے۔

سفیر پاکستان نے کہا کہ فرانس اور پوری دنیا میں بسنے والے پاکستانی مشکل کی اس گھڑی میں اپنے کشمیری بہن بھائیوں کے شانہ بشانہ کھڑے ہیں۔ انہوں نے یقین دلایا کہ پاکستان کشمیریوں کی سفارتی، سیاسی، اور اخلاقی حمایت جاری رکھے گا۔

سفیر پاکستان نے بین الاقوامی برادری اور خصوصاُ فرانسیسی حکومت سے مطالبہ کیا کہ وہ سلامتی کونسل کے مستقل رکن کی حیثیت سے کشمیر کے اس دیرینہ تنازعہ کو اقوام متحدہ کی سلامتی کونسل کی قراردادوں کے مطابق مستقل بنیادوں پر حل کرنے میں اپنا بھرپور کردار ادا کریں۔
